Our story
Southwest Technical Support was founded in 2003 with a simple conviction: there is always a more intelligent, more innovative way of working. Fueled by a passion for improving operational and economic efficiency — and a spirit of open inquiry — we're always prepared to challenge the way things are done.

Martin Ramirez
Founder · Director of IT & CEO
Martin's technology career began in the military at Fort Campbell, KY, field-testing MSE communications equipment for division-wide deployment. He became the go-to IT expert everywhere he worked, rose to senior consultant at an IT services firm, and in 2003 founded SWT to bring complete, relationship-first IT solutions to small businesses. He serves on the board of the DFW Network Chamber.
